Empowering Teachers

Hi teacher!

A while ago, I received a message from a teacher in Minas Gerais who watched the Songs Repertoire webinar. Although she loved the content, she feels the investment might be a bit too much for her - "... maybe it's more suitable for São Paulo," she mentioned.

I get it - Brazil, with all its diversity, comes with different realities. But let's take a moment to reflect on your own situation.

Ever feel undervalued at your current school?

Think you're not earning what you deserve?

Know of schools paying better but still hesitate to apply?

Passionate about education but think your training doesn't quite cut it for your role?

If any of these resonate, let me share a story.

In addition to training courses, I work on teacher placement, especially in bilingual schools. The challenge is not just finding a school but finding one that recognizes your potential. In mentoring sessions during this process, the emphasis is on asking questions, allowing you to explore your potential and find your path.

I've been in bilingual education since 2006, and I was able to place a teacher within a week. Schools value teachers who stay updated, seek new perspectives, and expand their resources.

I also know some schools don't value teachers, offering embarrassingly low salaries.

Let's change this reality. Transform this perception and unlock your potential. Join me in revitalizing your classes so you can seek schools that genuinely value and believe in you.

See you soon,

Débora Affonso

PS. For a chat about your role or to learn more about the course, shoot me an email. I'd love to help. #teachershelpteachers
